Each of our customers has a different budget and payment preference when it comes to home energy costs. We know that it’s simply not reasonable to have a one-size-fits-all approach, and we are happy to offer flexible fuel payment options!
Automatic Payment
Have your current statement amount automatically deducted from your credit card or bank account when due. Simply contact us to sign up for this option.
Pre-Buy Program
Take advantage of low preseason fuel prices with our Pre-Buy Program. Purchase your propane for the heating season in advance—then sit back and relax! Your fuel supply is taken care of at a price per gallon you can feel good about.
Online Payment
Pay your bill from anywhere and at any time with our online payment function! Click here to log into your Sandifer’s account.
Phone or Mail-In Payment
Call our office at 1-800-GET-WARM to pay your bill using a credit card or your bank account. If you choose our mail-in option, please be sure to allow up to seven to ten business days from the date of mailing for us to receive your payment and update your account.
Budget Plan
We will take into account your past propane usage and current market prices to project how much you are likely to spend on fuel costs for the next heating season. Then, we divide this estimate into small monthly payments which are spaced out throughout the year.
Payment Plan for New Installations
Investing in new equipment shouldn’t break the bank. 12-month payment plans are available for qualifying individuals that purchase a new installation from Sandifer’s.
